Welcome to Stitch Predict ("us", "we", or "our")! Stitch Predict provides a software service that helps businesses optimize their marketing campaigns using predictive analytics and machine learning. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
   1.1 Stitch Predict's software provides predictive analytics services to help businesses analyze and optimize their marketing campaigns. This includes data integration, modeling, and reporting features.
   1.2 Delivery of the Services may be agreed upon by both parties signing an Order Form and/or Statement of Work. The Customer is obligated to deliver the signed Order Form or Statement of Work to Stitch Predict by mail, email, or electronic signature process, for acceptance.
   
2. Customer Data
   2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date data for use in our platform. We will use such data only to provide our services to you, and we will not share your data with any third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services[2].
   2.2 Stitch Predict may not transfer any Personal Data outside the location of service without prior written consent of the Customer.
   
3. Service Levels and Availability  
   3.1 If the availability of the Application is less than 99% for any calendar month (excluding Excusable Downtime), the Licensee may within one week provide Stitch Predict with a notice of material breach subject to a 30 day cure period.
   
4. Intellectual Property
   4.1 Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Stitch Predict and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
   
5. Termination
   5.1 We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms[1].
   5.2 All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
   
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
   6.1 The services provided under the agreement are "as is" and without any express or implied warranties, except as specifically provided. Stitch Predict does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services, but will make commercially reasonable efforts to support and correct any material errors or deficiencies in the services.
   
7. Changes to Terms
   7.1 We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and we will notify you of any changes by posting the new version on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes will signify your acceptance of the new terms.
